The Debate: "Gym bros" say Yoga is just stretching. "Yogis" say Gym makes you stiff and angry. I did 15 days of Heavy Lifting followed by 15 days of Intense Yoga. I tracked Heart Rate, Flexibility, and Mental Peace.

> PHASE 1: THE GYM (DAYS 1-15)

Protocol: Split Routine (Push/Pull/Legs). Heavy weights.

GYM STATS

Strength: +10%

Flexibility: -5%

Aggression: HIGH

"I feel powerful. I want to lift heavy objects. I am annoyed by slow walkers. I am constantly hungry."

> SORENESS MAP (GYM)

Chest (Severe Pain)
Legs (Cannot Walk)
Back (Okay)

> PHASE 2: YOGA (DAYS 16-30)

Protocol: Ashtanga Yoga. 1 Hour daily.

YOGA STATS

Strength: +2% (Core)

Flexibility: +20%

Aggression: LOW

"I feel light. I can touch my toes for the first time in years. My breathing is deeper. I am less reactive to traffic."

> THE FLEXIBILITY DATA

Distance from fingertips to floor (Forward Bend):

DAY 0
DAY 15 (Post Gym)
DAY 30 (Post Yoga)
(Higher is Better)

> THE HEART RATE VARIABILITY (HRV)

HRV measures stress recovery. Gym Phase: HRV Dropped (System under stress). Yoga Phase: HRV Spiked (System recovering).

> CONCLUSION

Gym builds the Hardware (Muscles). Yoga updates the Software (Nervous System). Doing only one makes you incomplete. The Gym bro needs to stretch; the Yogi needs to lift. I am now a hybrid.
